Why the Moto
Full EN-A With Accelerator
The Moto carries EN-A certification across every size — and that certification remains valid with the accelerator engaged and trimmers in any position. That's a rare combination for a reflex wing, and it means new pilots can explore the full speed range with the safety margin of an entry-level glider.
Easy, Predictable Launches
Ground-handling and inflation are where new pilots make their first mistakes. The Moto is built to forgive them. It inflates cleanly and evenly with minimal input in zero-wind, and stays stable without overshooting in stronger conditions. Reverse and forward launches feel the same every time.
Winglets for Stability
Integrated winglets at the tips improve roll stability and reduce parasitic movements in straight flight — the wing tracks where you point it. They also raise spiral stability, lowering the risk of accidental neutral spirals, which is exactly the kind of passive safety a newly licensed pilot benefits from.
Intuitive, Agile Handling
The high-arc planform gives the Moto a responsive, intuitive feel through the brakes — the kind of handling that helps a new pilot build coordination quickly. Integrated tip steering provides directional control while accelerated, so you can practise that skill on a wing that won't punish small mistakes.
